Our conscious mind and our brain or mental part of us connects with our spirit within us - our subconscious which in turn connects with the universal consciousness or universal mind. 

Here is where we create our outcomes. Focus in life on what we desire or want. How we take our God-given dreams and make it into our reality. How we create our beliefs that will govern and direct our actions in the future. 

Our belief is our internal representation which creates our neurophysiological states. Our beliefs direct our nervous system and our brains. Believing something can be accomplished - and can become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Our belief is the guiding principle, our spiritual faith that provides meaning and direction in our lives. What do we believe in? This is what will eventually give beauty, purpose and nobility to our lives.

We do this by designing long-term and short-term goals from our dreams, detailing a plan, and taking each step to reach that destination in the form of daily activities.

Now we can represent things in ways that produce new states and accompanying behaviors. We do this by effective managing and empowering resources. Take action until we succeed. At any time we can access and tap into this resourceful state of ours.

Our habits are consistent actions we take unconsciously. Habits are hard-wired into our neurons. Here is where body and mind work as one.

When we produce successful results, we can reproduce them by taking the same mental and physical actions we did before with our stored success-strategies and muscle responses. What we now have is a recipe for success to follow.

We marshal our most effective strategies in whatever states we seek, be it pure joy, being centered, or peace of mind - such states we love experiencing. We can then access or tap into our tool bag of resources in order to achieve our highs. 

Achieving excellence is mastering the accessing of the most important resources of our brains. Such as becoming proficient as a musician, athlete, professional, executive or high achiever. Words such as skilled, gifted, talented, expert, adept and genius come to mind when one focuses, trains, develops and outperforms.

This is what it means to transform oneself. This is when the transcendent power of our art or artistry becomes unbelievable. We are empowered beyond understanding. In such states, we can change history as an Einstein or an Edison. Such is the extraordinary power of beliefs to change our behaviors.
